It's exactly what I need for sucking up ash cleanly in my Grilla Silverbac pellet smoker. It has great power and works well for the few times I've used it so far. Snowjoe had a great reputation or I wouldn't have bought it. I'll definitely recommend it to others.

The vacuum works great for ash. The vacuum pull is lighter than say a shop vac. to keep it from pulling fly ash through both cleanable filters. Could use a tapered tube to get into tighter areas and increase the velocity at the tip. All in all it works great.

I purchased one of these to clean my pellet stove. It's ability to pick up debris is marginal. I purchase it so I could vacuum the stove after use and found that my regular shop vac did a superior job. I would not purchase this item again

Sucks! Not in the good way

Vacuum hasn't had good suction since first couple times we used it. Even after cleaning all filters, suction was still bad. Couldn't pay me to use SnowJoe/SunJoe products. Just cheap garbage that doesn't work. Buy a shovel and a bucket. It's less messy than this vacuum and will far outlast it.

Accessories would be nice

I just got this for my new pellet stove. The vacuum part works great but if you want to get every nook and cranny inside the stove you can't due to it not being flexible and there are no accessories available to be able to accomplish that.
