Works like a dream

The initial setup was a little difficult for me. Not being familiar with some terms was a small challenge. Finally connecting to my wifi and the WWW was achieved except many web sites were not opening because of a security problem. I called tech support right away and was quickly connected with a professional. I was assured that I would be cruising the web shortly. He clearly guided me through various necessary operations and I was zipping uninhibited around the web wherever I wanted to go. He had understood my situation and was patient all the while we worked together to get me online.
I immediately ran a test and found I was running faster than ever before. I was very pleasantly satisfied with my purchase. It has been only about a week in use and I should have made this purchase sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an earlier Netgear router as our computers seemed to load slower. the Nighthawk is significantly faster and covers the area of our home better, no poor signal anywhere inside our 3 level home. Was easy to use out of the box also

Our company had an old wifi router and I wanted to improve our service within the office. I have never purchased a netgear device in the past so I tried it out and couldn't be happier. Good service, great app and easy to manage. I am purchasing one for my mother-in-law because of how easy it is to use.

The router was an easy set up and the support was beyond wonderful. I was promised a callback with an issue on my printers, even though it was beyond the scope of the tech, and she in fact called back with an additional response

Easy to install and set up. Router Speed is beyond belief and more importantly, this mighty router secured and monitors my network plus devices as promised. Excellent customer service readily available to provide additional support if needed. What’s not to love? Well done NETGEAR!
