Very easy to install

My wife and I are computer illiterate. We know enough to be dangerous if we try to fix or install “things”. I knew we needed to upgrade our Wi-Fi from our outdated netgear to your most recent model. Took me months to finally make the purchased. A little shocked at the cost but the protection and security of your product is worth it.
Installation and setup went so smoothly I waited for something to be wrong. There wasn’t. The only problem I encountered was that my printer didn’t recognize the new router. Fixed that yesterday since I had to. Turns out that was simple too. Just had to tell the printer we had the new router. Again my anxiety with computers. ( I’m an old hippie, what can I say).
No question your instructions and setup are designed for folks like me so thanks a lot for that.
I give you our highest marks. Thanks

Premium Quality Connection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, the NetGear Nighthawk AX2400 WiFi 6 Router is quality at its best. Seamless setup and connection, was truly amazing! First time ever having a WiFi system.
NetGear's awesome Customer Service Tech's were quick, courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable (kudos to Opak and Frank). Their assistance enabled me to complete setup, in lieu of unable to scan app, for completion. They assured me, that it would not interfere with my solid computer or VOIP phone modem network (and it has not). This purchase was for 4K Ultra TV usage only. I look forward to purchasing a Smartphone with a minimum 256 GB, laptop and perhaps security doorbell to encompass and utilize the wonderful Nighthawk Armor features!

Fairly easy setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my router has been great. You do need to set it up though. I thought I could just plug it in and put the password into my devices and it would work. What do you know? You have to actually follow the directions. Pretty easy though. Took about 20 minutes. Plenty of coverage throught my apartment.
