My old router was several years old, it was time to upgrade/ replace. The process was simple. We haven’t really tested it’s abilities, so I cannot speak to it’s ultimate capabilities. I was assured by the salesperson this would work in a 1400 sq ft home with 3 occupants and several streaming TV’s

Full control of Wi-Fi Radio On/Off

I purchased this router to use with my 1Gbit Fidium fiber internet. I have 2 desktop computers wired directly to the router and don't always need the Wi-Fi on. I needed to be able to turn on/off the Wi-Fi radio signal at will, to limit the radiation while working with my desktop computers in close proximity to the router.
The AX2400 gives me that control through my desktop computers, and also manually, with a button located on the router itself.

Easy setup

Following the instructions in the Netgear Nighthawk app was easy and relatively fast. Performance is great. I have only one problem. Since installation I cannot get to one website. Nothing I’ve done resolved the problem and it didn’t exist until the Nighthawk installation.

Just bought this router because I have a split level house and the signal was not reaching my bedroom and I would fight with going downstairs to restart the router. Now I don’t have to do that anymore because this router reaches everywhere in the house, it was a great buy and worth the $$
