Our New Netgear Router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to unexpectedly replace our old Netgear router than finally gave up the ghost. Given how long it had lasted (10 years) was anxious to replace with another product from Netgear. Usually I have no issues with install - overwhelming fatigue the day of purchase and set up complicated matters. I reached out to the support team at Netgear and have to say I was blown away by the level of support and responsiveness to my needs. Even after I finally figured out what I was doing wrong, the team reached out to me to make sure the router was set up and running. New router works great, speed couldn't be better, absolutely happy with my purchase. And am now a devoted Netgear consumer.

Set up for me required customer support. However, he was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience fast and simple. Router is really fast and has functioned flawlessly in the two weeks we’ve owned it.
