Instructions

While I enjoy the Netgear modem and router, I found the instructions lacking a little bit. I do know technology (no expert but pretty good). One thing you may want to include in the instructions is to reset the old router once everything is working on the new one.

Great but little instructions

Seems to do everything you would want but came with no instructions to what the buttons or controls do. I’d love to know more and understand how it operates in order to recommend to others. All others work as well when working so I have nothing to separate it from the pack.

Not only is the up grade in speed(2 times faster) than my internet provider equipment but the ease of better security through the smart phone app was exactly what I was looking for and didn’t even know it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous router was a good five years old, it was getting rather slow and had limited reach in my house. When I upgraded to the Nighthawk AX2400 I was shocked at the difference! The television had a much more clear and precise picture, websites opening instantaneously, and all extreme corners of my house had reception that was as strong as when sitting next to the router. The setup process was incredibly easy and took merely minutes thanks to the app. Two thumbs up, a great purchase!
