Excellent Product, Lousy Support

This is the first Netgear I have installed in 7 years-I've installed probably over 100 in the last 25 years of business. It's the only networking product I have ever purchased - for self and customers - and will purchase in the future.
But the foreign support I had to try to work with was a terrible hire on Netgears part. After calling my carrier friends and working with a few settings, I have the unit working great.
Get rid of the foreigners that have too much accent to be understood, and someone that doesn't need to be turning support pages for an answer. He also acted peeved when the screen he asked me to describe wasn't what he wanted and I could hear him sighing and sounding disgusted.
That is not the way support of a new product should be. That's why Excellent Product, Lousy Support title.

Great coverage

The router that was supplied by our internet provider frequently caused buffering, poor cell reception and didn't always cover the ring cameras. Since we installed the NETGEAR Nighthawk all the ring cameras are covered and the TVs, PCs and cell phones have excellent signal. No more frustration because of lost connectivity!

Excellent wireless router and more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new router. I was about to purchase a run of the mill router then I saw the nighthawk on sale. I have been in the technology industry for 37 years and I have to say this is the best router I have worked with in years. The user interface is incredible and the remote access even better. The signal quality across my entire home is amazing. Thank you Netgear for developing such a great product line.

Ordered this and it came and setup was super fast and easy. I have 1gig speed and this router gets that full speed. Netgear came in the clutch. Love their products!
