Excellent Performance Easy Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace the ISP Modem and my personal router both at the same time. The installation was easy but there seemed to be an issue and the App the help desk had me use id an error that it was trying to connect to an outside IP address and that i need a firewall.When I said I was a retired Network Engineer and that did not seem correct he hung up on me. Working with ISP Tech the issue was resolved as a bad coax connection to the modem. Now it work perfect connecting to our security system and other devices.

Time for a change

We had an Asus router previous to our Nighthawk. The signal strength throughout our house was never good or consistent. Made a call to their manufacturer and for advice to improve and none of the changes made any difference. My sons suggested The Nighthawk, as they both have them in their home without any problems. We got one and set it up and have never had a stronger signal. Very happy with our Nighthawk router.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I figured out how to pair the router up with Charter's new modem (since my last devise was a Netgear Modem/Router combo), this has been problem-free. My DL and UL speads have increased significantly, and it reaches all my devices, no matter where in the house they are with the same high speed. Before, even with an extender, I wasn't getting nearly the same speeds. Highly recommended.

Huge step up

It has better range, faster transfers rates, and much better management tools. It took about ten minutes to setup and I haven’t heard a complaint about the WiFi since it went up.
