[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to upgrade our router from a n900 and I am very happy I went with this model. The price was not too ridiculous and the setup was straight forward. The speed is fantastic. Everyone in our house noticed a difference.

Replacement for 12 year old Nighthawk

After 12 years it was time to upgrade my Nighthawk R7000 that was getting tired. It was still working but was not getting the speed my provider supported. The RAX30 was easy to set up in about 10 minutes. Now I see 364 Mbps download and 11.8 Mbps upload speeds. This new speed really helps when the family and grandchildren with all their electronic devices are here. No one complains about connection problems or slow speeds now. I hope this router lasts as long as the last one. Thanks NETGEAR!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Nighthawk finally died and this is what I chose as a replacement. Connecting it was super easy! You have to use the app, so if you don't like using or don't use a smartphone/tablet, that could be an issue. I really like being able to access the settings using my phone rather than the old way with Genie. And, it even had setup for a guest network on the app. Hoping it continues to work at this level. Totally recommend.
