Modem bricked.

Modem bricked and was unusable. Brand new out of the box and was unable to be troubleshooted by myself or Cox technician who came out. Would not recommend this product.

Excellent coverage for large areas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon installing and placing into service my NETGEAR Nighthawk AX2400 WiFi 6 Router, I immediately was able to add several other devices from my outdoor area, that could be picked up my network. The signal is much stronger, and life is good because of this capability.

Somewhat easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works great, setting it up took some time as the application was not setting up the connections correctly; i re-started the process 3 times for it to work, but it was a pretty straight forward installation process. Overall, i do not have any major complaints.

Game changer

I was having a ton of issues with my online gaming, I’m talking packet loss, lag, and high ping! Not anymore! I ditched my Internet provider router and purchased the NETGEAR NightHawk no more issues. Definitely a huge W for my family who all game.

WiFi is strong and steady, even surpassing internet speeds of items previously wired with ethernet. Very satisfied - highly recommend.
