Best router ever!!

I have to problems with this router in my two story house! I would recommend this to anyone in need of purchasing a router. I have never had to reset it like the ones I’ve had in the past just for it to work! 10/10 recommend!

My son recommended and purchased our RAX30 to replace the router supplied by our internet provider. It is a significant upgrade and I am very happy with our upgraded WiFi. Fantastic!

I had trouble registering this piece with Netgear after purchasing it. I had touble getting the internet in my apt. to click with this, so reverted to my older piece.

2 times router stopped working. had to contact netgear both times for support to get it working. both times support was able to get it restarted after an hour or more of working. works well other than these 2 instances. faster than old router.

Finally- reliability

As a “ non IT” person, I was hesitant to purchase my own router, dreading the tech part of set up etc. This couldn't have gone smoother- primarily because Netgear offers live, human support via phone! Companies should never underestimate the value

Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My RAX30 has put and to my issues with logging into my job reliably. I was using the very unreliable ISP provided router which became so unreliable that I was forced to seek a solution. I have had zero down time since installing the Netgear router. I highly recommend this product to anyone that uses a router for their home.

A headache

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had 2 call to get it to work and was transferred 4 times before I got to the right person to get the thing to work and still was on the phone for three hours.. I am glad to get it working and it work great, but the headache was way too much.
