Improved quality if life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was previously using a internet providers issued router and my Xbox one and laptops could not consistently connect to the internet. Since installing my new router, I have had zero issues. Hours of frustration gone!

Disappeared then Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Netgear Router failed from a lightning strike in the neighborhood. After years of satisfaction I only wanted to replace again with Netgear. I purchased an updated version of what I had. That replacement provided me with 3-1/2 hours of phone calls and 2 tech support agents. Apparently an issue of the Yellow Ethernet not communicating with the modem. I was instructed to return the unit. And I did. Reluctantly I again purchased another just like the first. I had no issue installing the second unit. And did not require calls to Tech Support. Very much satisfied now. The unit is working wonderfully in o my 2100 sq ft home.

Super Happy

Returned an Orbi mesh system and tried the Nighthawk. Even though this was less expensive, it works ten times better. I pay for 300MBPS and live in a 2000 sq ft. two level home. My modem is in an upstairs bedroom and my ISP told me to go mesh since I’m limited on where I can put modem. I tried that but we were only getting 9-10 MBPS down stairs and dropping signal frequently. The Night Hawk took ten minutes to set up and I’m getting over 150 MBPS at the lowest point and 280-300 mostly through out my house. Super happy.
