The nighthawk app is a great app to review the status of your router. My previous Netgear router listed me over 10 years. And I believe this new router will do the same very satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so nice to be able to change wi-fi radio channels and more on the netgear portal. definitely one of my favorite features. I am really enjoying this router I would definitely recommend it to others experiencing slow wi-fi. It has fixed the problem!

Having trouble.

I plugged the router in and it didn't work with my modem. I spent a whole day trying everything to get it to work and finally called the Geek Squad to come out to our house. I'm waiting for them now.

Hard to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once the router is installed it's great, but getting there was a very stressful experience. The problem was the router would not connect to the modem. After trying to connect it with customer service for over an hour the ultimate solution was to unplug the modem and router for 5 long minutes and then connect them in a specific order to finally make the router work.

Easy set up and deployment

I really liked how easy it was to set up the unit. It was up and running within 15 minutes without any trouble. We just use this for our security system and haven’t had no issues so far I think we’re going to need an extender to reach the garage, but that is no big deal. Thanks for making this so easy!

Even though you may think you’re technically savvy, their technicians really know their stuff. As an added feature, Netgear continually scans our devices to make sure there are no intruders. You may top-security for your home network? Get Netgear Nighthawk. Be sure to download their app. We will always use Netgear in our home!
