Due to wiring issues, I had to put modem and router in an upstairs bedroom. Computer is in lower level as is Smart TV. I was concerned that 5g wouldn’t reach. No problem, system works great.

Good inexpensive device

Works well but not significantly faster than my old router. It does have excellent range and allowed me to replace two old routers with this new one. Excellent configuration options in the web interface but the nighthawk app, while convinient, isn't up to replacing the web interface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently changed ISP's and needed a new modem and router. Due to wiring issues, I had to place the router in an upstairs cubbyhole. I was concerned the 5-G signal would not reach my computer and Smart TV downstairs. I was pleasantly surprised, it worked perfectly!
