Great Starter Router!

The set up was very easy and straight forward and it worked with my existing modem which was a plus. The app made it very easy to change and configure the WIFI passwords and names. Not to mention that its CRAZY fast. For the price point this is a ne brainer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this router for my apartment. I have definitely noticed an increase in speed and range for my network. I’d recommend the Nighthawk if you’re looking for something that isn’t too expensive but gets the job done.

Not good Not bad

I'm sorry but I couldn't understand the customer service person. 7 times I apologized and asked for someone else that I could understand.... nope she wouldn't give me someone else. So I hung up. Hence the 3 stars. NETGEAR you need to do better. The amount of money I spent on this Router alone I should be able to understand the person on the other side of the phone.
Disappointed

We changed from a modem with a built in router to the AX2400. Before the change we were having numerous issues with streaming and gaming from dropped frames to lost connection. After the switch, we've had smooth sailing. Very pleased.
