My 10 Wi-Fi router started to slow down to a creeping crawl. After asking some advice from a third-party I was recommended the Netgear nighthawk. It’s running smooth as silk and so we’re all the programs that I like to watch.

This device was used for one of our customers for DHCP and intake in a pinch. Device works great! My only complaint is the mobile app doesn't have as much control/configuration as the webpage does.
