Great Machine

I've now owned this washer for 2 months and couldn't be happier. I replaced my 15 year old front loader with the LG and the cleaning is exceptional, easy to use, lots of neat features and the load is done music wonderful. Cleaning the lint trap was a little tricky (didn't read the instructions) and I got water all over the floor. Quiet - Quiet - Quiet LOVE IT

The dryer is really easy to use. You don't need to read the manual to get started. The controls are obvious and simple.
Support: I called support about a "clunking" sound when the dryer started up. The drum sits on rubber rollers that develop a flat spot when it sit for awhile. It goes away quickly and is not a problem. Support was quick to respond and knowledgeable. There can always be problems and it's nice good support is available to help when needed.

This was my first LG and my first HE washer. I have been very impressed overall with the build quality, functionality, and ease of use. You can pay a lot more for a washer, but unless you need one of the high-end features (like steaming), I don't think its worth it.
