Product works great at first, but looses power soon after.

From my understanding, the toothbrush uses magnets in the re-placement head. You can really feel the difference in "power" or "speed" once you put a new brush head on, but that power doesn't last but maybe a few days it seems, then it's back to the same strength of an old toohbrush head. I love the toothbrush, and wouldn't use another, but the heads are very exspensive and I wish they were more efficient.
Cons: loose efficiancy soon after first uses

My previous Sonicare beeped at the end of each 30 seconds. This one stops at the end of two minutes. I would have spent another $5 or so for the more-frequent beeps.
Pros: cleans well.
Cons: lacks 30-second timer.

Essence regular brush head

I feel the design of the regular brush head, the bristles in particular, should be straight across instead of "peak and valley". The original Sonicare I had worked great with straight across bristles.
The current brush design does not work well on molars at the gum line. Takes forever to remove soft food and or plague.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love the product and use my toothbrush for couple of years now. Unfortunately, cannot purchase those toothbrush heads refills in any local supermarket anymore. They were not listed on your website under the products tab either. Only when I googled the "e-series Philips toothbrush refills" I could find the product. I thought I would have to discard the perfectly working toothbrush. I hope you continue to make the refills, as the toothbrush was not cheap to replace often. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these tooth brushes because they do a great job keeping my teeth clean and I think they also make my teeth last longer as an 82 year old who has only lost two teeth in my lifetime. I also love my particular tooth brush which is larger than the newer ones because it work’s easier for the arthritis in my fingers. I hope the brushes for my unit continue to be available because it make my teeth cleaning easy and pain free.
