I have had a Sonicare Toothbrush for about 8 years and it finally bit the dust . . . so of course, I went out and purchased another one--I love this toothbrush, in fact, whenever I have to use a regular toothbrush, i.e. at the dentist office, I forget how to brush my teeth . . . LOL--this is the best toothbrush and I encourage all of my friends to purchase one for themselves, you cannot get your teeth as clean without it--thank you for a wonderful product!!

Product excellent. However when you do need replacement parts you might as well buy another product there so costly.

My tooth brush and shaver are great. But I always have this feeling that the product itself is to entice you in, and then you really make the money. Becuse the parts are so expensive, you might as well buy a new one.
Pros: works excellent, real good for a year.
Cons: when the year is up you can bank ona new one, parts are almost the price of a new one
