Very good but has a flaw

I’ve used it for two years and a wonderful machine, best on the market but the back starts to crack slowly because of the hot pad heating the water, but I would buy again because it has: coffee grounds, k pods and espresso and different cups sizes. Wonderful machine but could use some engineering
I would recommend this to a friend!
