Easy to Install and Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These lights are easy to install and come with a set of comprehensive instructions. They are invaluable when installing a shower and do not need dedicated housing or a j-box. The slim design means they can be installed in areas where it is not possible to install an LED light. They emit a soft white 3000K color and there is a dimming capability courtesy of an LED driver. Very impressed with this high quality lighting.

Very easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had LED lights installed in my kitchen over 8 years ago. Recently one of the LED lights started to flicker and I had to replace it. Today I had a electrician come by and replace all the old LED kitchen lights with newer HALO lights I picked to replace them. It took the electrician less that 1 hour to replace all the old LED fixtures in my kitchen ceiling with the new HALO lights. The job ended up costing me less than the original quote. The reason was they were very easy to install.

Perfect replacement of old can lights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swapped out older can lights I had with these halo puck lights. 3000K is the perfect color temperature. For me I need lighting in the evening anything too blue messes up my perceptions as my body expects a slightly warmer light at night. It matches the incandescent light temperature I am used to. The beauty of these lights is you can put them places were there are stud that partially cover your ideal spot, so long as you can slide the junction box thru the hole, the puck is the thickness of the drywall and allows me to install right were a stud is. Pretty awesome.

Amazing Lighting

Love Halo lighting products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been slowly upgrading some features in my home. The most recent, is the lighting. My windows don't allow alot of sunlight to come into the home and I'm tired of the low lighting and dont particularly like the standard bulb lights anymore. I used the 4" Halo lighting in my basement laundry room and wow, are the bright! I can't wait to install the 6" lights in the main living area. Easy to install and are dimmable sonyou cant find the right ambiance for the rooms. I cant express how happy I am with this product. Have used it before and can't wait to use it again. I do wish that it came in another color besides white. It may, but I did not see that option here. No more light cans needed. Works great over my shower - not affected by the mist. You wont be disappointed with Halo brand.

Buy in bulk!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great 12 pack of recessed lights. If you have a big and/or multi-room project, save a bit of cash and buy in bulk. Even if you don't need all 12 right away, you will find places to put these, trust me. Installation is simple IF you have some experience in general-contracting/electrical. If you do not have this experience, hire a pro. The non-adjustable 3k spectrum setting is great for most applications and I've never really needed to deviate from this hue. I find this color temperature to be very relaxed. I don't need stark white lighting as my kitchen is not a laboratory. Anyway, I am happy with these lights and I am sure you will be too.
