Cordless is the way to go

Great tool and portable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a number of Dremel rotoary tools. However, I find that the 8240 is the one I grab for when I need a dremel.I have an old 9.6v cordless that now jsut sits on shelf, battery fnally quit, I loved it for the portablilty. 8240 is even better. I build radio control airplanes among other projects and I am always using the 8240. the only time I will grab one of my corded models is when I know I will be using tool for a long project. If I have to have a negative is the cost and availabity of additional batteries.
