[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hardware: Good picture; clear, concise etc. fast operation. Difficult to initiate device, unless tech-savvy. No written directions. Simple illustrations just doesn't cut it for people unaccustomed to new technical devices. Hate the self-serving Microsoft garbage to wade through to simply get going. Do not like Windows 11. Oh well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is a little taller than I expected and it is fixed. The audio was not clear and my clients had difficulty hearing me. The picture was also fuzzy. I improved the audio a little by unchecking a couple of boxes but with video I only had a wide angle view unless I chose an option that moved every time I breathed. Finally, my daughter bought a webcam for me and that took care of these issues although the camera angle is a bit higher than I wish it was.Also adjusting to Windows 11 and Microsoft Home 2024 is a transition especially with file explorer. I wish there was an easy tutorial. I don't like that One-drive transfers the files automatically. I'd rather drag and drop myself. Overall, even after all the above comments, it is working well so far. The sound and picture on my side are clear. I love that you can have a split screen.
