Good computers, but be aware of business practices

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Computers are fine, the business practices are poor. Delivery drivers gave our computers to another address when they couldn't reach us and walked away. Lenovo refuses any responsibilities. Further Lenovo offers a bigger discount on the computers and then, changes the Part number, so you don't qualify for any adjustment. Be aware!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish it had more USB ports, as I use two printers, a label printer and a regular printer, and an external hard drive . So I bought a USB splitter, but the computer only randomly recognizes.
