I bought these primarily for the multipoint Bluetooth capability. Sadly, when that feature is turned on the headphones cut out frequently and have static.
My previous headphones were Beats Studio3 which are heavy and clunky but the sound and controls were awesome. I don’t think the Bose sound as good and the controls are not as easy to use. The advantage the Bose headphones have is that they are significantly lighter and more comfortable for longer use. Also, the action button is a joke. I can’t believe I can’t link any other options besides Spotify.
Had I know the Bluetooth multipoint would function so poorly, I would not have purchased. I wish I could return them but I did not keep the original packaging.

It is great that you enjoy the comfort and lightweight design of the headphones, this is done to ensure that you forget you're wearing them on longer listening sessions. I understand you had trouble with the multipoint connectivity, and would recommend when the headphones are connected to more than one device. To make sure both of them are not trying to send audio to the headphones at the same time. This may cause the headphones to switch devices during use as it tries to play the audio from the other device. An example would be listening to music from a computer or tablet connected to the headphones, then a phone connected to them sending several notification pings. This will interrupt the music as the headphones switch to the latest source.

These are a revelation! I've had a lot of good headphones before, and recently I had to replace a pair of Audio Technicas after 12 years of use. These Bose QuietComforts not only block out tons of noise, but the clarity of every instrument is next level. And best of all, the bass! The bass is so clear that it clearly stands as its own instrument, both without overpowering other instruments, and without becoming muddled or lost. I've had a blast rediscovering my favorite albums these last couple of weeks.

Genuinely surprised with how good these are. I've tried and broken a lot of headphones and these are better then my current pc headset in terms of comfort. I can sleep in these comfortably and the fact the headphone ends can rotate smoothly I'm confident i wont break it. Bluetooth is fast and reliable, not delayed at all and instantly connects when turned on. Also, you can connect to multiple devices at once which is kinda interesting. Noise Cancelling is perfect for me and there's different sound modes
