Good product, good deal through Bose

Received headphones a few days ago and I’m still learning the features. I would’ve given five star review if the headphones came with a user guide. But Bose chooses a QR code for me to put on my phone and figure out all the great features that my headphones have. Other products I have purchased,” Not Bose”, come with a user guide for the product.

Great audio, bad device selection

Great sound quality and fantastic battery life, but wind noise cancellation requires active noise cancellation on full, so I have to choose between loud wind noise and not hearing traffic while walking down the sidewalk.
Also, the device selection switch says the headset is switching between my phone and TV, but it continues to only play the TV audio when when it says it's switching to my phone

Thanks for leaving your feedback on the QuietComfort Headphones. This product can use multi-point connection feature to allow you to pair to two devices at once. To be able to switch, you need to pause audio on the first device to be able to play audio from the second device. It sounds like that because the TV is active, that will be why it hasn't switched to the phone. The settings shown in the article allows you to turn multipoint off if it doesn't suit your requirements.

Love the headphones. Comfortable. Great sound. Aware more works great. Wish the action button could be customized for more than Spotify... This seems very shortsighted Bose.

Poor performance

Poor connection between multiple devices. There are lots of "digital skips and bleeps" in the audio. I had the older version for almost 5 years and those were great. I'll probably return these. Very disappointed.

To use swap between 2 devices you must Pause audio on your first mobile device and then play audio on your second mobile device.

• Your headphones receive phone calls from both devices, regardless of which
device is playing audio.
• You can also switch between two devices using the Bose Music app. You can
access this option from the Settings menu.

Just Annoying

Bought this a month ago, works fine, sound quality is nice. What is not nice is it's lack of an 'off' feature for its noise cancellation, which I need because both noise cancellation and transparency give me headaches when I'm somewhere quiet. It's also still reminding me to get their app that I already have every time I turn them on, and turns on my spotify for no reason every time it tells me the battery's low. To me they're pretty tied with Apple beats for sound quality, but for reasons stated above fall short overall.

Pleased to know that you find the sound quality of the headphones, nice. If you do not want the noise cancellation on, just set it to Aware. By default, the headphones power on in Quiet Mode. To set the headphones to power on with the last mode used, use the Bose Music app. You can access this option from the Settings menu. Also, you can disable the voice prompts if you want to.
