Great headphones, only part thats kind of annoying is, on iphone or mobile phones, its volume is limited more than on PC/ laptops.

Crackling/Popping noise

I thought I loved these until I noticed a crackling noise occasionally. It was always there just less frequent but as the days went on it became more and more frequent. I bought them for my online class and it's very distracting, but I also wind up having to rewind to hear what my professor was saying bc it cuts out when it makes the crackling noise. I will be returning these.

Have had these less than a month…being a first time user to headphones…
I wish there were some simple instructions to use all the buttons.
When I contacted someone from Bose (via texting) for questions I had - they kept answering something else. I told them I was ready to return the headphones.
I am slowly learning the best use - but still feel there are features I am missing

Sound in beautiful colors

I bought my Bose headphones on Black Friday last month and fell in love with them so much awesome sound quality and they have been on my head since then enjoy them so very thankful to have bought them the color just fits my mood

I love them so much even when music is not playing the noise canclation keeps working but i can still hear who is talking with me really helps me out when i am over stimulated in public spaces and there is never any fead back on calls app works verry well with my non iphone

These are my first over the head headphones since I was a kid. I love them !! Can’t stop wearing them . Bought to run distances but use them everyday for everything . Don’t even mind walking the dog when it is below the freezing mark
