Noise cancelling Great, everything else lacking

Pros: super comfortable and the noise cancelling is extremely effective. The sound quality is decent.
Cons: The user expeeience during use is not great. They don't have wear detection based pause content that even cheap headphones have. The multiple poi t connections causes random cutting out of content I'm listening too. The auto on/off is not always accurate if I'm actively using the headphones and sitting still.

I don't know what i gonna do when you get rid of all the headphones buttons... Thats the main reason i didn't get the Ultra ones.

This is my third pair of Bose headphones and I was pretty disappointed in the construction quality and quality of the materials used. The headphones have a very cheap feel to them. And then there is the manual; as in no manual. I googled the headset and they never showed a drawing to identify the buttons. Even the follow-up email only described the buttons' locations, but no drawing. So I ask, "Why Not?"
