I bought approximately 3 weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed that I am struggling to get them to connect to my computer. I am also disappointed that I cannot seem to get help or support from Bose. I am strongly considering returning them.

In the Bluetooth settings of the Bluetooth device, find the list of previously connected products. Remove your product from the list, including any duplicate listings labeled LE (Low Energy), then reconnect it to the device.

I bought this last month to replace my Beats Studio and so far I can say the quality is superb. The sound is crisp and I especially like the modes hat let you select the level of silence you desire. My issues would be that the overall quality of the material makes me worry of the durability. They don’t feel cheap. Just very delicate. The controls are also oddly placed. Bottom line for me is once they are on your head, the sound is golden and that is primarily what I need as I.baby my devices.

It is really nice to have this headphones. I like that the power button is a sliding button, so you could immediately tell that if the power is on or off

Fantastic noise canceling headphones

Love them! Great for working out at the gym or just around the house while doing chores. Blocks out the sound of the vacuum, dishwasher and other noisy appliances and allows me to enjoy my music.

Great for 10 years and counting

I started with Bose over 10 years ago, I had to replace my over the ear Quiet Comfort headphones with another because of the ear cushions. They’ve gotten better which is harder to do today. Quality is always A-1 and shipping is perfect! I will continue to show support!
