I cannot believe the fidelity and richness of sound with no outside noise. The headphones were easy to set up.

I’m a long time Bose customer. I have two Bose radio CD players plus I had earphones that I lost in a flood lost one of the CD players in a fire so I was happy to order something else. Until it came. I have no owners manual, which it refers to I Can’t find the serial number and the instructions or whatever that pages that came with it is so small I can’t even see it with a magnifying glass. So I’m in a quandary do I send it back for a refund or do I contact fraud at the bank because this is not the bows that I’ve had before. I’ve never had anything this confusing. Please advise

It's been awhile since I had a pair of over the ear headphones and I am very glad I got these during the Black Friday sale. The blue is gorgeous and the sound quality is amazing. I am very uncomplicated when it comes to technology, so just as long as it does what it's supposed to I am good. I do like the features of being able to set my own EQ and set up other modes outside of transparent and aware. I set two additional modes for studying and for the gym. If you are new to Bose headphones these are a fantastic place to start.

I got this headphones 2 weeks ago and i am total amazing about the sound excellent sound very happy and satisfied excetpt the pads on the headphones makes my ears get to hot it will be nice if you could replace then with cooler ones it will be perfect

I bought Bose QC35 6 yrs ago and impressed with it. And decided its time for upgrade. Just bought this Bose Quiet Comfort and got Moonstone Blue. Liked the color but i feel the noice cancelling and the sound quality are not it used to be.
