Love the new colors

Purchased as a gift for my husband to replace an ancient pair that still worked ! During a previous sale I purchased a pair for myself for travel and he was a little jelly. Now he is up to date and he loves them, especially the color ! The noise cancelling feature worked so well on our long flight I will never travel without them.

I bought the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones recently and I am very pleased with how well they work. This isn’t my first set of Bose Headphones I’ve been using them for the last 20 years and both always exceeded my expectations!

Bose is the best

I have resisted over the ear headphones since earbuds came out. But I sure am happy I bought these as the first pair I have owned since I had to plug them in! Once again Bose presents such a clear and deeply rich sound. It's why all my listening devices are Bose and have been for many years. In 1986 when my father gave me his 1983 eldorado, it was equipped with the Delco /Bose car stereo. My first car in 1972 mustang 2 I had put in a pioneer system and thought that was fantastic. That old Delco / Bose system blew it away. I have been Bose audio ever since.
All that being said I absolutely love these headphones and look forward to using them when I travel. I'm already using them when I'm working at my desk and just doing household chores. They are a nice relief from having something stuck in my ear all day and the battery power is far superior.

Poor instructions

The quality of the headphones is good, but as no written instructions came with the product and the website was unable to fully complete my registration, I can’t use the website for anything. I can connect to my phone and tablet, but can’t use the website for anything.

I can't hear anything except the music. The best.

I bought these several weeks ago, they're great. They're comfortable, being able to adjust from quiet mode to aware mode is helpful. The rotation of the individual earmuffs is also something that is incredibly useful to me. It makes it easy to adjust it on your head. Sound quality is incredible. And being able to adjust the modes for music is fun.

Honestly these headphones have given heartburn. I can't connect them to all my devices. I have an older version that is much more reliable.
