Unable to adjust settings

Works as a camera should, but the fact you cannot adjust any settings is ridiculous. No zoom, no brightness, contrast, picture or video capability....There is no software etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Webcam video quality is fine and everything works as expected. Design is great and installation is easy. That being said, the sound quality is horrible, tones of noises. I've tried the webcam on my desktop computer and on my thinkpad x390 to see if the noise problem was computer related, but the same identical noises were present on both machine. I've also spent a lot of time tweaking options in windows, and in the various applications I'm using (MS Teams and Skype) to try to improve the sound quality, but no success on that front too. I'm highly disapointed, I'm a thinkpad fan and thought that Lenovo would keep up with the quality of the product, but clearly there is quality issue with this particular webcam.
