Setup was effortless – it was truly plug-and-play on my Windows ThinkStation. The video quality is crisp and clear at 1080p Full HD, which makes a noticeable difference on video calls. Colors look natural, and the image stays sharp even in lower light. The built-in microphone is surprisingly clear too. Another thing I appreciate is the physical privacy shutter which gives peace of mind when not using the camera. The adjustable clip makes it easy to mount securely on my monitor.

Fantastic picture but wonky positioning on monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Webcam gets a great picture - it's significantly better than a laptop webcam. It is super easy to set up and works great right out of the box. For that reason I strongly recommend it.
The only issue I have with it is kind of major and it's how it attaches to the monitor. I don't really know how to describe it, but it fits very loosely on top of the monitor, and doesn't really sit at the angle you want. You may get it there initially, but it doesn't lock into place and eventually settles into some cockeyed position that you just kind of live with.
With that said, if you need a low-cost webcam that has a great picture and can live with a little wonkiness with positioning like I can, I strongly recommend this webcam.
