A bit disappointed. I bought this camera with high-hopes along side the purchase of a complete system. The delivery of the webcam was delayed (understandable given the demand for cameras in our time of COVID). To solve my problem I bought a different camera from another on-line retailer to get me through until this camera arrived (I had to have a camera for my work). When this camera arrived I was saddened to find the image quality to be poorer than the alternative. To be clear, both cameras had the same specification in resolution and were, as far as I could find out (from manufacturer's websites), the same or similar in other features (e.g. autofocus, field of view, etc). I do confess that it's a tough task to compare webcams and my comparison may, in fact, be unfair. I do think this camera is great for the price. I do think Lenovo products are excellent. I am a loyal Lenovo supporter (and have recommended the brand to many colleagues, friends and family). I'll continue to be loyal to Lenovo... but, I have to be honest in my review and let you know that this camera will be my back-up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a great value

I bought this camera because it was cheap. The camera is well built and feels solid. However, the picture quality is pretty bad. The colors are washed out and there is way too much noise on the picture, even with proper lighting in the room. Also, it has a very large viewing angle which makes it weird for video calls. There is a white LED which is always on even when camera if off, which makes it arkward (you feel like someone is watching you...). My 720p Macbook camera is far better than this.

Excellent value for price

Using this for almost a month now. Great product. In my opinion, none of the products in similar price range offers equivalent quality and specs. One thing I would change is constantly lit light at the bottom. It feels like the webcam is always watching, even though there's a physical shutter to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quality and incorrect marketing

I've been using it for video chats and it is marketed to have 'digital zoom controls'. After speaking with technical support, there's no actual digital zoom controls so you can't zoom in/out your video. It's a very wide angle and the video quality has an orange hue with lots of grainy images.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plugged it in and Win10 recognized it. Opened up Zoom and the camera appeared in the dropdown menu, but no picture or audio to be found. Returned for refund.
