Flimsy -The best feature is the vibrating component if you have back problems.Pay a bit more and get a better chair.

First time online furniture buyer--great experience!

This was my first time buying an expensive piece of furniture online that 1) required assembly and 2) is normally something that I'd like to "test out" before committing to. Overall, my husband and I LOVE it and I would definitely recommend it to a friend/buy it again.
1) Comfort: I bought this as a gift for my husband for gaming and lounging. I would describe it as almost "bouncy"; it's plush, yet you don't feel like you're sinking into it! In general, it is very supportive while still having some cushion and is very comfortable for my husband to sit in for long periods of time. However, he still uses a small pillow for his lower back when not using the massage function for more support as this chair is more flat back than curved.
2) Size: My husband is 6'2 ~215lbs and he finds the chair to be a good size for his body. When in the fully reclined position, his ankles hang off the end a couple inches but he says he doesn't mind and still enjoys using the chair. It is relatively light for such a large piece of furniture and can be easily scooted/dragged around.
3) Assembly: EASY PEASY. You simply slide each of the arms into place on the base of the chair and then slide the back into the base. It took us less than 2 minutes and all the pieces fit perfectly together and were in good condition (no scratches, dents, or bends).
4) Aesthetics: Love the color. It is true to the photos by the company and is a nice stone grey that looks good with my other furniture. The material is a sort of rough texture that feels soft, but sturdy.
5) Features: The massage features are great! Very similar to the massage chairs I've sat in at nail salons. The chair has a 5 foot cord that plugs into the wall so you don't have to be right next to the wall!

Perfect for small areas.

I bought two of these chairs. They are very easy to put together. They are not large chairs so if you are looking for that these would be too small. I know a lot of people said that their chairs were hard but both of mine are comfortable. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a lever to open the chair and close but I new that these chairs did not have that so it is not too much of a big deal.

Complete trash. Heater stopped woeking after trying out 4 times. Left a little burn mark in the chair.
