The table was deliver immediately. I was actually surprised of how fast it got here. It took a while to assembly but it is definitely a good table and a good price.

I received this chair several weeks ago, and it was missing the heat/vibrator control cord. I notified the Company and got an immediate response that I could go buy a cord and they would reimburse me, whatever the cost was. They also offered to ship me the cord/control, if I didn't mind waiting. I chose to wait and received the cord a week later. This chair is so wonderful, because the heat and vibrator have multiple settings and can be used together or separately. This chair is perfect!

We purchased this for my father-in-law. He seems to be having a hard time getting up and down out of the chair. I was at first apprehensive about buying something that we cannot try out first, but this was the only way we could buy them something and not drive the hours to go shopping. So far he absolutely loves the chair, he loves the heat and the vibration. The chair was a great value, and runs very well.

I brought them as a surprise gift for my dad's 85th birthday.? My cousin said he had no trouble assembling them. They are very nice looking and firm seating. I thought from the box size that they would be too small. They are a bit smaller (seat width wise) than the average recliner, but not overly so. I think they are a great value for the price. They look more like a wing back chair than your average recliner plus they have a heat and massage function. I do wish they were a bit easier and smoother to recline... but it's not that bad. I purchased 2 so we'd have a matching set. Overall I'd recommend this purchase. Great look and comfort plus heat & massage for a value price. I can only hope the current quality will last.

We have a small home and these reclining chairs fit our living space perfectly. They are very comfortable and sturdy. The fabric feels like it will hold-up, time will tell.
