I ordered this chair for my mom and it arrived 4 days later. Took 5 mins to assemble the chair. My mom uses it everyday for her back and hip.

Awesome chair- great price and fast shipping. Definitely built for people of smaller stature though, so that's why I only gave it 4 stars for sturdiness. The heating and massage features work well.

More than satisfied with my purchase! Was easy to assemble! Quality of the chair exceeds the cost! Massage and heater works well! Comfortable to sit and recline in! Well made! Reclines smoothly.... Glad I bought it!

I received this chair several weeks ago, and it was missing the heat/vibrator control cord. I notified the Company and got an immediate response that I could go buy a cord and they would reimburse me, whatever the cost was. They also offered to ship me the cord/control, if I didn't mind waiting. I chose to wait and received the cord a week later. This chair is so wonderful, because the heat and vibrator have multiple settings and can be used together or separately. This chair is perfect!

Complete trash. Heater stopped woeking after trying out 4 times. Left a little burn mark in the chair.

Perfect for small areas.

I bought two of these chairs. They are very easy to put together. They are not large chairs so if you are looking for that these would be too small. I know a lot of people said that their chairs were hard but both of mine are comfortable. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a lever to open the chair and close but I new that these chairs did not have that so it is not too much of a big deal.
