Cold Winter weather

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that the weather has turned cold, I use it primarily on the main level of our home when my forced air furnace is running. It helps eliminate that static in the house and makes it feel warmer. I put it on a boot tray just in case it leaks, so far no issues!! Time will tell how it lasts longer term.
Pros: Good Power Output, Quiet, Stable Base

Fight the dry air fight with this awesome humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an incredibly intuitive product to set up and was really easy to use. I have been using this in my bedroom as the air is quite dry in the winter time with lots of windows. It is so quiet and with the double cannister, it never runs out at night! It's probably a bit large for my small bedroom, but I leave the door open to the living room, so it helps out there as well! It is a bit large and I wish you could lift it up and move it a bit easier which is why I dinged it one star. :) Overall, I'd recommend this humidifier. I've used 3-4 different humidifiers in the last few years and this one has been the best!
Pros: Lightweight, Quiet, Stable Base
Cons: Heavy / Bulky

Simple, effective and user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was simple to set up, just a few minutes from opening the box to up and running, the enclosed instructions are very easy to follow. The humidifier runs quietly, even on high. As the weather is turning to fall, I rely on a humidifier to even out the dry air in my house. After just 2 days of use, my lips were no longer dry and chapped and I woke up in the morning without a dry throat and stuffy nose. This is a smaller machine than I have had in the past, but works much better, it runs much quieter, and has made my breathing much easier!
Pros: Adjustable, Compact, Durable, Easy To Setup, Good Power Output, Lightweight, Quiet, Stable Base

Great Humidifier!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier was a great addition to my family. My husband and daughter suffer with sinus issues when the weather changes drastically, and we all often wake up congested in a dry room. Since receiving this awesome product, they are sleeping better and we all experience exceptionally better nasal/sinus issues. What I love about this large dual tank humidifier is that it doesn't create a wet mess all over the floor or counter when in use. My husband refills it about once a week, and the tanks are very easy to disassemble, fill, and put back into place. He loves the option of the infinite cycle, allowing it to run all night. So what some may say is a con, I actually love how loud it can get on the high or infinite cycles because we like noise in our bedroom while sleeping. The only think I do not like about this is the size. I do feel like it is a bit larger than most and it can be difficult to place in a room or out of the way from clumsy guests and children (and myself!). It takes up my whole vanity corner in our bedroom or a large portion of our dresser. Overall, this humidifier is excellent. The quality is very high and the performance is beyond stellar. I am always amazed with the Vornado brand and how well crafted, designed, and high quality their products are.

A great humidifier for smaller rooms that lasts a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've never required a humidifier for a room as the ones we purchased were always for personal use for either the kids' bedside table or our own. We never needed anything very large and typically a small bottle of water would last most of the night. But when given the option to apply it to a whole room, in this case a 20' x 10' room, the humidifier seemed to do the trick! The water reservoirs, there are two, when completely full can run this unit at Low power for over 8 hours at full humidity level. The footprint itself is smaller than a 2 year-old toddler. The fan itself is powerful as I've become accustomed to the Vornado line of fans. What sets this apart from the more direct humidifiers we own (personal water bottle ones from CVS or a penguin shaped one from Target) is that you don't have that direct stream of wet air aimed at a specific place. It really does feel like water is just being added into the room itself, which is different than I'm used to. It worked great. My only complaint is at the High fan speed it was pretty loud. Louder than if you put your oven on in the convection bake mode where the fan kicks in. We had to turn the TV louder than normal to accommodate. This is probably why we ran the fan at Low. I would certainly recommend this as a room humidifier for those in the market for one. We will continue to use this one in the rooms over the personal direct humidifiers as it works and doesn't direct the wet air at my kids' heads.

So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other humidifiers before. This one amazes me with how quiet it is. When it is on the low setting I can't even hear it. It also does a wonderful job of making the air more comfortable and reducing the amount of static electricity in my home without using as much water as some of the others I have tried.

Didn’t notice any difference in the air

I have only been using this a week and the wick is already so brown. When I first opened it, one of the tanks looked like a piece had broken off but I couldn’t see anything in the other tank that would’ve been missing and my daughter has been sick and needing a good humidifier so I decided to just set it up anyway. I haven’t noticed ANY difference in the air humidity; the air is still so dry that even I am waking up in the middle of the night coughing. I had read good reviews and expected better than the cheap Vicks humidifier I had been using but now I don’t know what to do. After so many recommendations, I am thoroughly disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing power, great for my condo high rise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My house is VERY dry! This product really helps humidify the room and definitely helps me sleep better at night. I'm not waking up completely dying of dryness like I used to! I love that it has two water canisters, I know that it wont run out in the middle of the night. Life saver!
