Somewhat satisfied with numerous small issues

The laptop is indeed powerful and robust when put to work, but several other factors reduce its practically as a general work machine. For example, the pre-installed HP Wolf Security suite absolutely ruins the basic Microsoft Office programs. All downloaded xlsx files are initially blocked and scanned. There’s a lag of about 5-10 seconds when you click on something before you can actually interact with them. Even then basic MS Office programs feel laggy and slow (like working from a wifi monitor). Sometimes the keyboard and mouse is unresponsive when HP Wolf is doing its thing.
Otherwise, the laptop is amazing in terms of performance for programming, big data, and graphics. I expect (in time) I will be able to remove most of the bloatware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
