For me, I bring it to work which holds my laptop, a folder with papers, a small water bottle, some snacks, an extra mouse, and sanitizer spray (living in Covid times!). I like that the shoulder strap is detachable since what I carry is fairly lightweight and prefer carrying the bag like a briefcase. Glad I bought this to go along with the laptop!
