Holds my laptop and daily items (water bottle, wallet, lunch, extra sweater, etc.) and looks nice for when I need something that looks a bit more formal/professional. For an inexpensive backpack, this is a really good one.

Purchased this bag because it's measurements are almost exact to meet the requirements for a personal item for most airlines and will fit in wiggle room if not over packed. One negative in that respect is that the front wall of bag is unnecessarily padded. For me, would prefer if only laptop portion padded. Also like the look of the bag.
