Quality does not match the price

For such an expensive product you would think quality control would be top notch. I bought and returned this monitor 3 times. All three monitors I received had multiple dead pixels. I gave up after the third try and went with an lg monitor instead.

Blazing fast response times, great colours

Received my monitor a fews days ago and so far I'm enjoying it. It's very responsive and the colour calibration report shows how much Asus puts on calibrating those displays. I've turned variable backlight off since it was lightning up columns of light when hovering the mouse over darker zones. Despite having an HDR 400 certificate, if you truly seek HDR, I suggest getting an OLED TV like LG C1 or buy the gorgeous PG32UQX Monitor which is a 4k 144hz Monitor with has an HDR Certification of 1400 with 1152 FALD which I'd love to get my hands into though it's quite costly.
For esports, this monitor is the King at 1440p. The high refresh rate will definitely make gameplay smoother. It was a very noticeable from my previous monitor (VG27AQ) as I feel that gameplay is even more buttery smooth now. (Obviously it won't fix skills, so you will still need to practice) I very much recommend this monitor even at lower refresh rates since it has a native G-Sync Panel, helping keep the pace even at lower frames.

Image is clear during intense movement. Colours are beautiful and accurate. No dead pixels or blb.

Horrible display

I bought 2 panels both have manufacturing defects, dead pixels, and bleeding. Avoid buying this display, to pay over 1200$ for a premium monitor with these problems is better to go and buy other monitors, don't spend time and health. I am disappointed about this product.

First panel had a stuck pixel and very bad backlight bleed. Returned and bought a second. Near perfect the second time around. Absolutely gorgeous monitor, extremely fast with vibrant colours (I play on wide gamut).

Great IPS 1440p 240Hz

It is actually a great monitor, but it exhibits the problems all monitors of its type have.
The blacks are absolutely horrible, PPI is meh, and I didn't enjoy doing office work on this. Gaming though? Excellent.
I sold it and went for a QD OLED AW3423DW, which too has terrible PPI and text. Now, onto the Neo G8.
The perfect monitor does not exist, all of them have huge flaws
