Misleading specs, no wheel tilt?

Ordered 4X30M56887 and got one (Model MORFKHO/Part 4X30M56887). Because specification mentioned that Scroll Wheel can do (up/down/left/right). In my understanding this means that Back/Forward functions can be used.
For some reason mine cant do LEFT & RIGHT.
Feels it can bit tilt to right, but it clicks as usual Middle Mouse Button.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
