Not working and I have to keep unplugging and replugging the cord in to the screen.

Setup is a breeze. However, the stand is not string and stable enough to support the monitor which is not that big.

I needed to replace the mount with a VESA compatible mount but didn't know how to detach the original and there were no instructions. I know you are saying, "It's easy, you just poke a knife in the slot and lift the old one out." You need to say that so I'm not guessing and maybe invalidating the return because I guessed wrong.
