The cost of replacing toner cartridges is exhorbitant. The materials involved manufacturing the toner cartridges do not justify the high replacement cost. We participate in the recycling program. Why can't we purchase recycled cartridges, or at least get a credit to apply to replacements? This lowers my opinion of the HP brand.

Lifesaver for the printer with small starter pack. Wish it wasn't so expensive and the chip makes it a lock in for us unfortunately but is does somewhat guarranty good results! Easy to change.
