Great laptop other than the WIFI.

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 is a fantastic laptop in many ways, offering a great balance of premium features, portability, and performance. The standout for me has been the display—it's stunning, vibrant, and sharp, making it a pleasure to use for both work and entertainment. Pair that with the typing experience, which feels crisp and comfortable for long sessions, and the day-to-day speed that handles multitasking effortlessly, and you have a machine that ticks almost every box.
However, my experience with the Wi-Fi performance has been disappointing. Despite trying all the troubleshooting steps—updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling them, and testing across different networks—the issues persist. The Wi-Fi disconnects frequently, and when it does connect, the speeds are nowhere near what I get on my Galaxy S24 Ultra using the same network. In fact, I’m seeing nearly a 70% drop in speed on the laptop compared to my phone, which is frustrating for streaming, downloads, and even general browsing.
For a device at this price point, reliable Wi-Fi is a basic expectation. While the core experience of the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 is excellent, the connectivity issues seriously undermine its usability. I hope Samsung addresses this with a firmware update soon because it has the potential to be a near-perfect device. Until then, if Wi-Fi reliability is critical for you, I would recommend waiting or looking at alternatives.

Upgraded from a Samsung tab s8 ultra to the book 5 pro 360..Love it. It's a true windows computer, unlike the tab so ultra impersonating as a laptop. Even with the S8 keyboard case, it was unusable on ur lap to type. This new book 5 pro 360 is the best of both worlds. You'll love it.

The touch screen is very responsive. I love the overall look of the computer. Still bummed out that the camera isn't used for logging in. All in all, it's still a great laptop.
