Very difficult to set up, specifically to connect with either my Wi-Fi network or my computer. The printed instructions are minimal. The online instructions are hard to find, and they are written in technical language translated into incomprehensible English. Please, Canon: Get some native speakers of English to translate the instructions. Write them for ordinary people; you could use WikiHow as your model. Write them for people who do not have tech support, such as home users or freelancers. If you like, you could write one set of instructions for tech-adept people and a second one for the rest of us. Tell us what the technical terms mean – e.g. does "access code" mean SSID or password? On the printer's screen, use plain language such as "connect with a USB cable" or "connect to your Wi-Fi." Tell us if there is some order in which to do things, e.g. first connect the cable and then turn the printer on. It just shouldn't be this hard.

I love this printer it is just a tad bit big but over all the worksheets have great color quality. The looks give me the feeling of professional office. Everything about this product is everything a home office needs and more

I received a free printer to test for this review. Overall I liked the product but found that it was not an easy setup. It also did not come with a USB cable, so I used one that I had attached to another printer for the set up process. Once I was able to set up the printer I found that it worked well. For someone who is purchasing a printer for the first time for school or a home office, I would recommend this product with the advice to read through the instructions manual carefully to install.

Looks Solid but little screen bites

I received this printer to test in exchange for writing a review. It looks like a very solid printer, and I would love to give it a great review. But the little screen to "set up" and run the printer is TOO SMALL to read. I have been unable to get this device set up even taking picture of the screen. Unable to get the driver on my computer or connect the printer to my wi-fi. I hope to find a way to set it up in order to do a proper review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer

I received this free printer in exchange for my review. First off, I loved how easy it was to use Apple Air print- I had never used it before and it was great being able to print off my phone! It prints in black and white which is fine for me as I am usually only using it for print. Prints quick and is a great size.

I received a free sample printer to review and overall after a week of having it I like the printer so far in the beginning, it was hard to set up due to not reading the manual.But after a few clicks, I was able to print pages within couple seconds. I’ve been using the printer for notary services. So you know, I print a lot of pages. The tray holds letter and legal paper. It’s pretty quick with printing multiple pages. Doesn’t hold a lot of paper but that’s a quick fix if you run out. It’s pretty light, not to loud when printing. Still trying to understand the wireless connection

Great Printer!

I was given this printer as a free sample for a review. I really liked it overall; it was easy to set up and to use. I had no issues with jamming and the ink printed text that was easy to read and was never splotchy or skipped. My biggest issue with most printers is that the toner is so expensive. I haven't had to replace it just yet, of course, but I looked to see how much it will cost, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that a name brand toner for this printer isn't hundreds of dollars...which is a huge win in my book!

Super Simple and Easy

I received this printer as a free sample in exchange for an honest review. I have been looking into getting a printer for my home for quite some time, so when this opportunity arose I could not turn it down! Overall, I have been pleased with the printer. I have been able to print thing easily and consistently over the last week with no problems. My favorite thing is being able to stand in the other room and printing from my computer. Not being connected to the printer while it works is amazing. The set up was easy and didn’t cause us any problems. I am very happy with this item!
