Quality materials. Perfect size. Side pocket is good for documents and cable, but holding peripherals, not so much. You could fit a small mouse and maybe a anker charger, but I wouldn't want to do it. However, I give it 5 out of 5 for doing what it's designed to do... protect the laptop.
