Galaxy devices have an internal coil that supports both wireless fast charging and wired adaptive fast charging, allowing your battery to charge much faster than standard methods. You can easily activate these modes:
- Show charging information: Displays your battery level and estimated time to full charge when the Always On Display is off or not visible.
- Fast charging: Use this feature when connected to an adaptive fast-wired charger (15W or higher).
- Fast wireless charging: Use this with a fast wireless charging pad (9W or higher).
Please note: These settings cannot be toggled during charging.
If your device isn’t charging properly, there could be a few reasons. If your charger isn’t working at all, it might need to be replaced. If your device is under warranty, you can request service. Otherwise, you can purchase a replacement Samsung charger from our website.

Inconsistent Build Quality

Worked great for a few months with a super fast charging state, but has since gone to a trickle charge. My phone indicates that there is something wrong with the connection. I tried different outlets and charging cords to no avail. This product is inconsistent with it's tech standards.

You can charge your Galaxy device using any Samsung travel adapter, although charging speeds may vary depending on the adapter. It is recommended that you use only original Samsung travel adapters and USB cables with your device.
To enable the charging feature, go to Settings and tap Battery and Charging settings. From there, you can toggle the switch next to Fast charging or Fast wireless charging. Only the charging speeds supported by your device will be displayed here. Your device will automatically determine the fastest charging option based on the connected charger and the battery status.
