Scrolling Bands Present in Image

We own 4 cameras which are all connected to Lenovo laptops and Lenovo docks. All 4 cameras on all four workstations exhibit scrolling dark horizontal bands and we have confirmed that they are present on all of our video conferencing calls whether those calls be in Teams or Zoom or Meets.
We want our money back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The picture is plenty good enough for Teams/WebEx - but don't expect it be great quality for streaming/content creation. I tried using the internal mic but was told I sounded like I was far away. Be aware that it was an extremely wide field of view. My monitor is about 3 feet from my face and it shows the whole room and I'm a very small part of the picture. Would be nice to have software to allow it to zoom. Also, the reviews are all over the place - but I will tell you it does not support Windows Hello (facial recognition login).
